Safe Space is an educational wellbeing programme designed to help adults build practical skills for managing the impact of everyday anxiety. It offers tools such as positive visualisation, mindset‑shifting exercises, and the Anchor Technique, which is widely used in sports psychology and performance coaching.
This course is not a form of therapy, treatment, or clinical intervention, and it should not replace support from a qualified mental health professional. Safe Space can be used as a standalone personal‑development course, or as a supportive complement to ongoing therapy by helping individuals practise grounding, focus, and emotional regulation techniques between sessions.
If you are currently receiving therapeutic support, you are welcome to use this programme alongside it, provided it aligns with the guidance of your clinician.
